about
Atrice consists of Lino Schilling and Pablo Chacon-Pino, two sound designers and artists from Zurich. As part of the MIRAS collective they curate events for contemporary club music and build a platform to support young and upcoming artists.
Their musical work is inspired by encounters of the everyday and by digital sensory overload. They create acousmatic, electroacoustic, ambient hybrids with influences from western pop culture.
"Akus i." is characterised by a variety of different sonic textures, organic transitions in between and through floating states. With minimal movements, it leads the focus of the listener’s attention astray.
